A Little Back Story: 

My Background in Real Estate began in the late 90s when I worked for a mortgage lending company in Upstate NY. After living and working in Florida and Washington, D.C. for a few years, I returned to Central NY and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2002. 

I found, after a few years of the agent life, that being a “sales-person” wasn’t the best fit for me. However, I learned a great deal about the industry and its challenges.

With my gained experience, I took on a new role as an appraiser trainee in 2003, where I began the long path to becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser, which I completed in 2005. I genuinely enjoy this career and haven’t looked back since! 

I’ve also made investments in the real estate industry in the form of rental properties, and successfully “flipped” my first house in 2018.
